A career built around public service, program leadership, accountability, and helping organizations move from opportunity to execution.
Martin “RO” Rosier brings 36 years of federal service and hands-on experience leading programs, teams, and grant operations. His background includes federal grants and program management, compliance, organizational leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships.
After a long federal career, including service as a Federal Government Branch Chief, he founded Next ROventures to apply that experience in a new way—helping businesses, nonprofits, and organizations navigate opportunities, strengthen operations, and build practical solutions for growth.
